9 Bridesmaid Box Proposal Ideas

As I’ve been getting deeper into wedding planning, I’m realize that hardly any aspect will be without stress. Even the fun parts— like picking my bridal party— call for hours of deep thought in terms of who I’ll pick and how I’ll ask them!

Check out these bridesmaid box proposal ideas to pop the question to your girls in a special way! | SlashedBeauty.com

I’m still in the process of organizing my bridal party, so I’ve been trying to find cute bridesmaid box proposal ideas to ask them to be part of the big day. My favorite place to browse so far has been Etsy, since there are a ton of unique and customizable gifts to make the moment special.

After hours of browsing, these are my nine favorite bridesmaid box ideas so far. Depending on your budget, you can choose one or splurge on a few to spoil them. On top of the actual proposal, adding in some mini booze, candy, or beauty goodies will make complete the perfect bridesmaid box.

1. Personalized Wine Labels ($4 each)

If nothing’s better than a tall glass of wine with your girls, this one’s a must! This customizable wine label will look great on your bridesmaid-to-be’s favorite bottle.

2. Personalized Candle ($15 each)

They say that scent is closely linked with memory, so make the moment last with a candle! Choose one of seven scents and add their name for a personal touch.

3. Pop The Balloon Secret Message Kit ($7.25 each)

Amp up the anticipation by hiding your proposal message inside of a balloon! This kit comes with everything you need to make the moment pop, including the balloon, message strips, confetti, ribbon and a box!

4. Bridesmaid Photo Puzzle Invitation ($9.95 each)

Turn it into a game that she has to solve with this puzzle proposal! Use your favorite picture together with the caption “Will You Be My Bridesmaid/Maid of Honor” and watch her excitement grow as she puts the pieces together.

5. Charm Necklace ($10.50 each)

A simple necklace that the girls can wear the day-of and beyond, I love the novelty of the circle becoming a ring with the card’s decoration.

6. Bridesmaid Survival Kit ($8.54 each)

This kit has almost everything they’ll need to survive a crazy night out with the girls— hangover tea, hair ties (labelled “To have and to hold your hair back”), and a nail file! The muslin bag is stamped with the big question.

7. Tie the Knot Earrings and/or Bangle ($18 earrings only, $26.10 bangle only, $44.10 set)

A minimalistic jewelry set that can be worn before, during, and after the wedding. The knot can symbolize both the marriage and your friendship, with the inscription “I couldn’t tie the knot without you!” Choose between silver, gold, or rose gold.

8. Engraved Wine Glasses ($64 set of 6)

Speaking of wine, you’ll need something to pour that bottle into! This 6-piece set can be customized with the names, bridal party position and wedding date. They’re also dishwasher safe and have a lifetime guarantee on the engraving.

9. Personalized Bridesmaid Makeup Bag ($12.50 each)

Perfect for the beauty lover, this makeup bag adds a sneaky touch by hiding the question inside! You can even use this in lieu of a physical box, filling it with other goodies to celebrate.

Ah no, I didn’t film it but I gave them little gifts similar to this post! If you haven’t seen it yet though, we did film the proposal start to finish 🙂 Also be sure to check out how we chose our bridesmaids dresses!
